“I will keep going with the plan that I have. It has been working pretty well so far. I think I proved out there that I can compete with the best players in the world.” -Leona Maguire after going 4-0-1 at the Solheim Cup

Hi there!

I’m still nursing a Solheim Cup hangover. Congrats to Team Europe who won the Solheim Cup 15-13! What a weekend celebrating women’s golf. All I can say is that I’m incredibly grateful to have so many golf friends to enjoy these events with and if you haven’t listened to our Mixed Bag recap podcast, prepare yourself for a ton of laughs. I hope all of you have a golf gang and if you haven’t found your people yet, definitely make sure you’re signed up for the Tee Sheet.

I’m hoping to get a few rounds in before the season ends in the Northeast and would love to tee it up with y’all! If you’re looking for women to tee it up with near you, be sure to check out our Tee Sheet directory. Also, don’t be shy about reaching out to someone new on the Tee Sheet and setting up a foursome! That’s what it’s there for.

We’re just about sold out of our Streamsong Resort golf getaway, Hearts & Darts, but we have about a foursome or so remaining! If you’re interested in joining us, be sure to secure your spot by September 12! Be sure to keep an eye out for our 2022 golf getaways …

This chic dress caught my eye - the cut looks very flattering and easy to wear! No guarantees you'll be hitting the ball like Nelly Korda but at least you'll look the part. -sara

I'm jumping on the high sock trend with this adorable pair by Sweaty Betty. Perfect for those early fall rounds while we're still wearing skorts! -kristen

For a quick refresh after a round before heading to grab drinks or a bite to eat I like to use both of these products to tone down the shine/sweat glow. The mist absorbs oil and the powder adds an extra boost of SPF. The best part is the travel size of the mist and the powder both easily fit in my golf bag. -brooke

Y’all, whether we like it or not, fall is coming and I need to up my pants game. Abendroth’s Ruth Pant is the perfect pair for this shorty as they are a cropped leg and the fabric is stretchy and comfortable. I always get compliments when I rock these and think you would, too! -abby

Mixed Bag, a Fore the Ladies pod

If you haven’t yet listened to Mixed Bag, a Fore the Ladies podcast series, you should probably start, stat! Abby (founder of FTL) and her friend Justin Kruse (avid avid women’s golf fan) talk about everything going on in women’s golf. Their fourth episode is a hilarious Solheim Cup recap in which they both attended at their home course!

Please consider giving us a rating and review while you tune in! -abby

I like this drill a lot when I feel like my arms and wrists are out of sync with my body. This helps you break it down, and it's harder then it looks! Mia just started playing golf recently and I love her drills and tips for people new(ish) to the game, like me! -sara

This golf skort by adidas comes in a few colorways, but I'm especially partial to these two options for a fun pop of color. A quick google search may also lead to finding an end of season sales (limited sizing). -kristen

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I get my caffine fix from Verb. I've been a long time fan of the bars made with organic green tea providing long lasting energy. My favorite flavors are Cookie Butter and Coconut Chai. The best part is I have them on subscription so I never run out. -brooke
