Fore the Ladies Finds: June 2026

Hi all - This month's update comes from a delirious mind following five days of golf, martinis and laughter at Bandon Dunes with 27 FTL'ers! We didn't know that consecutive days of sun existed in Oregon but we were proven wrong and my gosh it's magical. Although I will say that the rain, hail and blustery conditions of years past just made us appreciate the sun that much more. You can't say you've had the full Bandon Dunes experience without a little weather adversity. We can't wait for a return trip. I often say that the only place I'll play golf in inclement weather is Bandon Dunes and that comment will extend to Scotland when me and 15 other FTL'ers fly across the pond this Friday.

While our Golf Getaways will likely never be competition-focused, we had a few people ask for fun games to play within their foursome. I'll try my best to share a few games over the next few newsletters and I'd love for you to tag us @foretheladies if you happen to play one the next time you tee it up. Today's game: Bingo, bango, bongo.

This game is points-focused rather than strokes and it's great because it can be played over just a few holes (ie if you play 4-6, 9 or 18!). Here's how you get points:

• The first player in the group to get the ball on the green gets a point (bingo)

• The player whose ball is closest to the pin once all balls are on the green gets a point (bango)

• The player in the group who is first to hole out gets a point (bongo).

Add up all of your points and whoever has the most after you finish playing wins.
