Hi all - I hope you had a great Mother's Day weekend. I traveled to Arizona for a friend's birthday bash where we played in a fun Ryder Cup-style match play tournament. For someone who doesn't have a competitive golf bone in her body, it was good for me to get out of my comfort zone and try to focus on making putts ;) Of the 24 ladies on the trip, I only knew the birthday girl and two other golfers when I arrived. But as we have learned, golf rounds and golf trips are little incubators of friendship. You find common ground with your playing partners and travel buddies, and create inside jokes that only make sense to you and the crew. The next you hear from me, we will be between two FTL Golf Getaways (Bandon Dunes and Scotland), and I can't wait to share these experiences with you.
I may see some of you this weekend at a Fore the Ladies Golf Clinic - we have 7 events happening to really kick our season into gear and it should be a blast. I hope you enjoy the finds from Chelsea, Kristen, Sara, and me! I always welcome a submission, too!
