fore the ladies finds
volume 3, issue 6
Hi!
In lieu of an intro note, I’m going to share some observations from the month.
Everyone should get to a LPGA event. They’re affordable to attend, you can spend the day outside with your friends and watch the best in the world do their thang.
Bucket hats are chic.
I need more alternatives to collared shirts (crew neck tees are my love language).
Every city should have a public par-3 course.
It’s time I learn how to do a fishtail braid or French braid. Looks so cute with a visor or hat.
I need another FTL Golf Getaway ;)
Hope you’re getting out to a driving range and teeing it up with some ladies on the FTL Tee Sheet! Let’s get into this month’s finds.

Athleta labeled this a tennis skirt but I think it’s perfect for golf! I love the inner shorts because they’re a good length and stay in place. It comes in five colors, good price point and multiple lengths, too! -abby
lacing up
Would you be surprised to know the FTL gals found another golf shoe to recommend? These caught my eye because of the sleek profile and fun lacing system, and I'm happy to report they are snug and comfy on the golf course. Bonus points for this pair having a hint of FTL mint green. -sara
wearing
Who doesn't need a cute golf sweater that would look great on and off the course? -brooke
skirting
A sale find currently sitting in my cart. Love this neutral print on one of my favorite skirts. -kristen
This No Laying Up piece, “A Week in the Life: Stanford Women's Golf,” is so good. You’ll likely join the Anne Walker fan club shortly after and shed a tear or two. The icing on the cake? Stanford Women’s Golf team went on to win this year’s NCAA championship! watch
A group of 32 female superintendents prepared Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club all week for the 2022 U.S. Women's Open Presented by ProMedica in Southern Pines, N.C. As the USGA says it, they’re breaking the grass ceiling. watch

wearing
I wear mostly sleeveless tops and dresses when playing golf in the summer, but a traditional razor back sports bra doesn’t do it for me on the golf course. I gave these True & Co bras a try and for only $23, I don’t mind if they’ll only last a season or so. They’re super comfortable and come in two colors. -abby
training
FTL's unofficial strength coach, Samantha Rothberg, has launched remote coaching! I felt a little lost getting back to the gym after a long hiatus, and working with Sam has been a great way to get back at it. If you're curious about strength training, feeling stuck, or want more of a challenge to meet your goals I highly recommend sliding into her DMs. -sara
stirring
These pewter golf club swizzle sticks are adorable and will always add a little something to your apres golf cocktails! -brooke
carrying
I love this pouch for travel. It's water resistant and the perfect size to fit my makeup bag and liquids. Would also be great to keep valuables on the beach or used to keep a wet swimsuit or gym clothes contained while on the go. -kristen
